Badge collection and registration desk will be located at Park Ensemble, Ground Level of Hilton Vienna Park.
This year we will have a Pre-Event Badge Collection on Monday, 12th January. Please keep your badge and bring it to the Forum.
Please note, we do not permit badge sharing or re-printing, so please look after your badge throughout the event.
For security reasons, and as a courtesy to other delegates, please ensure that you wear your badge at all times. Attendees not wearing their badge will be stopped by security.

If you have any special dietary and/or access requirements, please inform us at at customerservices@fie.ft.com. We will forward your requirements to the venue, however please note that we cannot confirm that they will be accommodated so close to the event.
