Badge collection and registration desk will be located at Park Ensemble, Ground Level of Hilton Vienna Park.
This year we will have a Pre-Event Badge Collection on Monday, 13th January. Please keep your badge and bring it to the Forum.
Please note, we do not permit badge sharing or re-printing, so please look after your badge throughout the event.
For security reasons, and as a courtesy to other delegates, please ensure that you wear your badge at all times. Attendees not wearing their badge will be stopped by security.

All attendees can access our networking app ‘Invisso’ which can be downloaded on the Apple and Google Play stores.
To access it now click the link below, (to log in, simply use the same email address of your registration).
The app allows you to access the attendee list, network with others, schedule meetings, and export your connections. Additionally, you can tailor your personal agenda, explore the event schedule, and access speaker information.
If you have any special dietary and/or access requirements, please inform us at customerservices@invisso.org. We will forward your requirements to the venue, however please note that we cannot confirm that they will be accommodated so close to the event.
