Wasif Kazi

Wasif Kazi is an origination and execution professional in UniCredit's securitisation team. Wasif has experience across all structured finance asset classes including credit card and consumer loan securitisation, diversified payment rights, covered bonds and infrastructure (ports and airport) bonds. Prior to joining UniCredit, Wasif was at Fitch Ratings as a senior analyst and started his career as an English law finance lawyer advising on many high-profile leveraged buy-outs, project finance and PPP/PFI transactions. Wasif has degrees in law from the University of Cambridge (LL.M.) and the University of Manchester (LL. B.).
