Tina Žumer is Vice Governor at the Banka Slovenije, responsible for analysis and research and banking operations, as well as for coordinating and steering the work in the area of climate change within Banka Slovenije. She is also Governor’s alternate at the Governing Council of the European Central Bank. Before this appointment, Tina spent most of her career at the European Central Bank, which she first joined in 2003. Previously she also worked in the Analyses and Research Department of the Banka Slovenije. Tina holds a M.Sc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Diploma degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Maribor.
