Stanislava Taneva
Head of Corporate Bank for Central Europe & Country Officer for Bulgaria,

Stanislava Taneva is the Central & Eastern Head of Corporate Banking and Citi Country Officer for Bulgaria. In her role, she oversees Citi’s corporate banking operations across Central and Eastern Europe, including Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia, as well as 11 hub-managed countries.
Stanislava has been with Citi since 1999, when she joined as a founding member of Citi Bulgaria. Over the years, she has held several leadership roles, contributing to Citi’s growth in the region. Before joining Citi, Stanislava worked at the Bulgarian National Bank. She holds an MSc in Corporate Finance and an MPhil in English and American studies.
Stanislava is First Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria.
