Stan has more than 25 years Investment Banking experience in the Financial Institutions space. After spending the first part his career at Morgan Stanley in London working on M&A transactions for blue chip European Banks and Insurance clients, Stan joined a boutique, EMF, an Emerging Market FI focused boutique, to start and lead the IB franchise. In 2011, he joined SG where he built the CEE&SEE M&A FI franchise. He has worked on more than 25 transactions in the region with banks and insurance companies. Lately he has taken over the Financial Sponsors UK client's portfolio.
He holds a masters degree in European economics from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) and an MSc in management from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, HEC (Paris, France).
