Rozalia Urbanek

She has been active in the investment market for 15+ years. Most recently, she served as Investment Director at PFR Ventures (2018-2025) and as Member of the Management Board. Effective 1 June 2026, she was appointed President of the Management Board of PFR Ventures.
Prior to that, she worked at the private equity fund PineBridge Investments and at Ernst & Young. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from SGH and completed the CEMS Master’s in Management at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
