Patric Gresko

Patric Gresko is Head of Institutional Relationship Management at the European Investment Fund (EIF), where he works with public and private investors to mobilise long-term capital for venture capital, private equity, private credit and infrastructure funds across Europe.

Over more than two decades at EIF, Patric has built a strong track record of supporting venture capital and private equity fund managers across Central and Eastern Europe. He previously co-led EIF’s venture capital activities, with a particular focus on developing fund markets across Central and Eastern Europe.

Patric has also led the development of major regional investment initiatives, bringing together public and private capital to support fund managers, high-growth companies and strategic infrastructure across Central and Eastern Europe.
