Chief of the International Banks Division in Intesa Sanpaolo since July 2024, leading 11 Commercial Banks in 12 countries in Europe and North Africa. Graduated in Economics at the University of Pisa. She began her career at MPS, focusing on innovative distribution strategies. At Citibank Greece, she specialized in direct channels and business line integration. She then worked with AT Kearney in Greece, China, and Egypt and managed international events for Olympic Committees in Athens, Turin and the USA. In 2007-2015, she held
commercial leadership roles at MPS and Generali. In 2015, she joined Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, driving the creation of an innovative business model in Private Wealth Management. Her last role was Head of Innovation & Transformation leading digital transformation initiatives. She is a member of the Investment Committee of Neva SGR since 2019 and served on the Board of Isybank S.p.A. from 2022 to 2025.
