Natalia Gurina

Chairwoman of the Board, Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine

Ms Gurina is a graduate of European University, with a major in Finance and Credit.

Ms Gurina has the banking experience of more than 30 years.

She started her career in March 1994 as a specialist-assistant to the Board member in JSPPB Aval.

Since then she held various positions in different areas: stock transactions, foreign currency control, treasury, credit operations, loan portfolio monitoring and problem loans.

In July 2007, Ms Gurina was appointed the Deputy Chief Risk Officer – Head of Corporate Risk Management Division of the Bank.

Since January 2012, Ms Gurina had held the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank responsible for risk management and problem loans.

From 1 January 2026, she has occupied the post of Chairwoman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank.
