Milan Kratina is the CEO of Accolade, which he founded in 2011 to invest in modern industrial infrastructure. In 2014, he co-founded the Accolade Industrial Fund, now one of Europe’s largest real estate funds for qualified investors.

Today, Accolade is a leading European group operating in 8 countries and managing a portfolio of 62 industrial parks with a total value of 3 billion EUR. The group has completed more than 3.4 million sqm of commercial properties, leased by over 200 tenants. Additionally, more than 7.7 million sqm are currently in the pipeline. Out of the existing group portfolio, 1.9 million square meters, valued at over 1.77 billion EUR, are managed by the Accolade Industrial Fund across 6 countries.

Before fully committing to Accolade, Milan Kratina began his career at CzechInvest and later joined VGP. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno.
