Marcin Prusak
Managing Director of Capital Investments,
Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK)
Senior executive with over 25 years of experience in structured finance, M&A transactions, corporate banking, and investment funds. His career includes a long tenure at DNB Bank Polska, where he served as a Board Member and Head of Corporate Banking. He later led the Polish International Development Fund, managed by the Polish Development Fund (PFR). In 2024, he joined Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), Poland’s national development bank, where he is responsible for equity investments and economic research in his current role.
Graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as the Advanced Management Programme at IESE Business School, University of Navarra.
