Luka Babić

Luka Babić is a Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Croatia osiguranje d.d., Croatia’s leading insurer, which is listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The group operates in insurance, pension fund management and healthcare across Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Serbia.

He has served on the Management Board since April 2020, with responsibility for finance, risk management and actuarial functions. He also leads mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects and, as a member of the Investment Committee, contributes to investment strategy and capital allocation decisions.

He brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance and financial management. He joined Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice in 2007, working on M&A, restructuring and valuation projects. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb.
