Lilit Davoyan

Lilit Davoyan is Director for New Product Delivery in the Financial Institutions Group at EBRD, where she leads the design and execution of
innovative financial products across the Bank’s countries of operation. She brings over 25 years of experience in international finance, development
banking and consulting. Throughout her career at EBRD, she has led complex financial institutions transactions, driven policy engagements and served as
Board nominee in investee companies. She previously acted as Director of the Office of the First Vice-President, where she provided expertise and
guidance on a wide range of management, strategic and operational topics.

Lilit holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in Economics from Vanderbilt University, USA.
