Larysa Bondarieva

Corporate and Markets Board member, Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine

Larysa Bondarieva is deputy chairman of the board of Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine. She was born in Cherkasy in 1973. In 1997, she graduated from the National Aerospace University named after Zhukovsky 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' with a major in economics and management in mechanical engineering. In 2002 she received a diploma from Kharkiv National University named after Karazin, majoring in banking. In 2014 she received an executive MBA from HEC Paris Business School. In 2019 Larysa graduated the European business school INSEAD in the following areas: strategic management in banking; women’s leadership; risk management in banking and received certification in global management. In 2023 she studied at Harvard Business School under the program Women on Boards: succeeding as Corporate Director, Corporate Governance. Larysa has 27 years of banking experience. From 2007 to her start in Raiffeisen Bank, she has been developing corporate business at Credit Agricole bank in Ukraine, since 2010 as the member of the management board. She has successfully worked in the leading governmental and foreign banks of Ukraine, including previous working experience at Raiffeisen Bank in Kharkiv from April 2004 till March 2006. Larysa Bondarieva was named among the best corporate bankers in the rating of 50 leading banks in Ukraine by Financial Club information agency. Since November 18, 2021 she has been deputy chairman of the board in Raiffeisen Bank where she is responsible for corporate business and capital markets.
