Katarzyna Rzentarzewska is Chief CEE Analyst at Erste Group Research. She specializes in macroeconomic developments across Central and Eastern Europe, with a focus on regional perspectives and cross-country comparisons. Katarzyna leads the development of econometric models and spearheads digital innovation initiatives, combining analytical rigor with forward-thinking approaches to economic research. Prior to her current position, she was a country analyst for Poland at Ceska Sporitelna. She joined the bank after completion of the master program at CERGE-EI (Center of Economic Research and Graduate Education - Economic Institute that is a joint workplace of Charles University and the Economics Institute of the Czech Academy of Science).
