Grégory Lecomte

Grégory Lecomte is Head of Unit in the OECD Global Relations and Co-operation Directorate. He leads the OECD’s engagement with governments across Central Asia, covering areas such as the investment climate, trade and transport connectivity, and critical minerals. He has played a key role in developing strategic OECD initiatives in the Eurasia region. Throughout his career at the OECD, he has managed large programmes, led multidisciplinary teams, and deepened partnerships with governments and international organisations active in the region. His work has contributed to a range of flagship OECD publications and ministerial-level policy dialogues.

Prior to joining the OECD, Grégory worked as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger in Moscow, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

He holds a Master's degree in Post-Soviet Studies from Sciences Po Paris and a Master's degree in Economics and Business from ESSEC Business School, and a Master's degree in Public Management from Paris Nanterre University.
