Gábor Pető boasts nearly two decades of successful experience in banking and the real estate market. Until the end of 2021, he led the specialised division withing UniCredit Group dedicated to financing commercial and residential real estate developments for five years. During this period, UniCredit twice received the ‘Financier of the Year’ award at the Portfolio Awards. The lending books were cc EUR 1bn under his management.  Gábor joined the Forestay Group at the beginning of 2022, where he was responsible for securing capital and banking resources for real estate projects, in addition to overseeing the strategic management of Forestay Fund Management company. His work with Forestay Group concluded at the beginning of 2024. Currently, he is the capital markets director of Futureal and Cordia Group and serves as the head of the board of directors of Finext Fund Management Company, Futureal Group's fund manager.
