Andrea joined UniCredit in April 2024 as head of sectors and head of M&A with responsibility for the bank’s advisory activities across industry sectors and M&A services. Andrea has 25 years of experience in managing corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity capital markets transactions for clients in the media, technology, and communication sectors. Before joining UniCredit, Andrea worked at HSBC Bank plc as managing director, operating as head of media. He was responsible for leading the investment banking activities across all products and services in the media sector. Previously, he was a director of corporate finance at Mecom Group plc, a listed investment vehicle focusing on publishing activities across Europe.  Andrea started his career as analyst in the media team at Rothchild & Co in London.
