Aleksander Kacprzyk

Aleksander Kacprzyk is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Resource Partners, which he established in 2009 as the first private equity firm dedicated to Central and Eastern Europe's consumer sector. He has over 20 years of private equity experience in the region, backing mid-sized consumer goods and services companies. He was previously Director for CEE buyouts at The Carlyle Group and began his career at McKinsey & Company.
He chairs the University Council at Wroclaw Medical University and serves as Deputy Chairman of the Expert Council at Cancer Fighters, a leading Polish charity.
He holds an MBA from MIT, a PhD in Information Technology, and degrees from the University of Minnesota and the Warsaw School of Economics.
